‘RHOSLC’ star Jen Shah shares rare photo of her life in prison

Jen Shah is giving fans a rare look at her life in prison.

In a new post published to her official website on Friday, courtesy of her reps, the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” alum appeared happy and fit as she worked up a sweat outdoors.

“Over the past month, my team has shared with me the many loving messages provided by my supporters,” the message began.

“I’ve heard about the Met Gala references, the infamous GIF of my feet touching the snow in the heels from RHOSLC, and my personal well being. I am in great spirits and well.”

Shah, 51, went on to thank her supporters, along with her family and faith, for keeping her going as she gets through “this rehabilitative journey of coming home soon.”

In the meantime, she told fans that she’s fully focused on her fitness journey — and helping her fellow inmates get ripped.

“I wanted to share a personal image that I mailed to my team of one of my shahmazing workouts,” she explained, referring to the pic of her jumping rope outside in gym shorts, training gloves and sunglasses.

“I remain consistent in my passion for fitness and helping other inmates achieve similar goals. You will see more soon,” she added. “I can only control what I can control.”

In January 2023, Shah was sentenced to six-and-a-half years in prison for wire fraud after she defrauded thousands of people, including the elderly, out of money in a nationwide telemarketing scheme. She was also ordered to pay $6.5 million in restitution.

Shah, who initially pleaded not guilty, later apologized for her actions and admitted to the crimes in court.

Her prison sentence has since been reduced three times. Page Six reported in January 2025 that the reality TV star is now set to be released from Bryan Federal Prison Camp in Texas on Nov. 3, 2026.

One of the last times fans heard from Shah was in February, when she posted a loving message to her husband, Sharrieff Shah, via Instagram for Valentine’s Day.

The post came after Heather Gay alleged in her book, “Good Time Girl,” that former “RHOSLC” star Monica Garcia claimed that Sharrieff tried to kiss her before she was cast on the show.

The Shahs vehemently denied the claim in a statement to People last November. They’ve been married since 1994 and share two sons together: Sharrieff Jr., 30, and Omar, 21.

“Even from miles away, my love and gratitude for you are stronger than ever,” she captioned a pic of the two. “Thank you for sticking by my side and never letting go of my hand. I Love you, Jen.”
