RHOSLC’s Bronwyn Newрort Sаys Husbаnd Todd Brаdley Hаs Mаde “Bіg Cһаnges” After Cаllіng Out Her Beһаvіor on Sһow

Bronwyn Newport opened up about her husband, Todd Bradley, and their relationship after Wednesday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

RHOSLC's Bronwyn Newport Says Husband Todd Bradley Has Made "Big Changes" After Calling Out Her Behavior on Show

After Todd, 65, was seen expressing his disappointment in Bronwyn’s behavior and accusing her of stooping to the level of her castmates, Bronwyn, 39, admitted that her spouse tends to be quite blunt and looks at things from a business standpoint before noting that he’s made “big changes” since the season was filmed.

“He is very serious. He is very cut-throat. He’s all business. But he’s not like that with me,” Bronwyn noted on the November 20 episode of the RHOSLC: After Show. “So I don’t know why Todd’s so surprised that I am nice and pleasant to him, funny, kind of cutthroat, and doing all business with [the] ladies.”

According to Bronwyn, she believes Todd was surprised by just how low the cast goes with each other during their many arguments. However, she appreciated the perspective he brought to the situation.

“Todd has a tendency to look at companies he’s investing in as like numbers and results and whatever and I always say, ‘Well do you want to work with them?’ And he’s turned that back around on me and said, ‘I know you don’t feel accepted by this group of women and you’re working really hard to be. Do you accept them? Do you want to be accepted by this group if this is how they treat you?’” she explained. “And that’s a hard question for me to answer.”

Although Bronwyn admitted that she and her co-stars “have really fun times” together, she felt her and Todd’s “come-to-Todd moment” was necessary.

“He really is hard on me about stooping to the level he thought other people were at,” she shared.

That said, as she filmed RHOSLC season five, Bronwyn said she and Todd learned better ways of dealing with one another and their differences.

“Being blunt is not always great in a sensitive situation and he’s had to learn different communication strategies and techniques and I’ve also had to learn that Todd and I are very different people. We speak differently. We interact differently. We like different things,” she noted. “[But] Todd loves me as much as Todd can love somebody and so I see it now through a lens of when it’s heavy-handed or hard or not the way I would handle it, that that’s Todd doing his best and that’s good enough always.”

“But he has really made big changes,” she continued. “Gwen and I, we are not business associates. We are not a portfolio company. We are not his administrative assistants. He has to speak to us in a non-business way. He is a teddy bear, you have to make him feel comfortable enough to be that person but I also like when he will go tell [John Barlow], ‘No this nonsense has gotta stop.’”

Also on the RHOSLC: After Show, Whitney Rose, 38, said that cast trips are “always the worst” as Meredith Marks, 52, seemed to agree with Todd mentioning his issues to Bronwyn.

“I would hope that if [my husband, Seth Marks] were bothered by something I did, he would tell me,” she reasoned. “Does it mean I would change the behavior? Not necessarily. [But] I would certainly take his feelings into consideration.”

That said, Meredith noted that when it comes to her and Seth, it’s usually her complaining about Seth’s behavior.

“It’s usually me saying ‘You talk too much.’ That’s the argument, is he discloses too much information too freely,” she noted.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season five airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
