Monica Garcia is preparing for a new reality.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum is expecting a baby with boyfriend Braxton Knight nearly one year after the couple suffered a miscarriage.

Although the pregnant mom of four—who shares daughters Bri, 19, Jaidyn, 14, West, 8, and Kendall, 7, with ex-husband Mike Fowler—is due to give birth in April, she chose to keep the exciting news private until now after facing intense scrutiny amid her previous pregnancy loss.
“The accusations of me lying about a pregnancy and miscarriage that I received daily while dealing with such an unexpected loss was a pain that I will never forget,” she told People in an interview published March 4. “I was losing a baby while being shredded apart by some of the most awful comments I've ever had said to and about me.”
Monica, 41, was also fresh off her explosive one-season turn on the Bravo series, where it was revealed that she was behind Instagram troll account Reality Von (Tea)se in the dramatic season four finale.
“It was difficult coming off such a tumultuous whirlwind with RHOSLC and all the love and hate I received from all of that,” she admitted. “Old friends turned on me, I was iced out by the cast, I lost my job, my relationship with my mother has never recovered, my world was crumbling.”
As a result, the reality star chose to put herself and her baby first.
“Being able to protect my peace was so important to me this pregnancy,” she emphasized. “I'm grateful for those that have stood beside me, to the amazing fans, and loved ones I do have in my life.”
But with her due date fast approaching, Monica and Braxton still have one important matter to take care of: naming their new arrival.
“We have no names,” she admitted. “We are really struggling in the name department. Send us all your name suggestions!”
