They have to use their logic, reasoning and common sense as they are whittled down to one final question that only 1% of the country can answer correctly.
This is all in an effort to try and take home the jackpot prize of up to £100,000.
However, the upcoming episode features one surprising contestant who rose to fame on reality TV.
One of the 100 contestants was Big Brother star Yinrun, 25, who came in fourth place on the rebooted social experiment.
The ITV show revealed on the official social media account that this instalment will be the last of the current series.
Bosses also confirmed that the gameshow was filmed long before her stint in the infamous house.
On X - formerly known as Twitter - The 1% Club posted a screenshot of the upcoming episode where Yinrun appeared on the studio big screen.
They wrote: "This Saturday will be the last episode of this current series. The episode was filmed quite a while ago.
"Anyone recognise one of the contestants playing here before she made her other TV appearance?"
They added: "We absolutely loved having her on the show - she was great fun! #the1percentclub."
