Sabres Top Prospect Dominating Big Time

Devon Levi has played excellently since being sent down to the American Hockey League (AHL) last month by the Buffalo Sabres. In nine appearances, he has a 7-1-1 record, a 2.08 goals-against average, and a .916 save percentage.

However, what is more encouraging is that he is only getting better as the season rolls on. According to Amerks PR, Levi tied a career-best with the AHL squad by recording his sixth consecutive win in the club's last game against the Belleville Senators.

Levi has played spectacularly during this run, too, as he has a .938 save percentage, a 1.48 goals-against average, and two shutouts.

This switch to the AHL seems to be benefitting Levi immensely. If he continues to play this well, it would not be surprising if he received another recall at some point in the near future.
