Robertson commemorated her grandfather with an emotional message that quoted a bible verse and also revealed some of his final words.

“One of the last things he said to me was ‘full strength ahead!’ Amen!” wrote the 27-year-old Christian speaker.

Robertson also touched on the legacy her grandfather left for the family. “It was his testimony that changed his life, our family’s life, and thousands of others. Now he is experiencing it in the fullness. Fully alive in Christ. The new has come,” she proclaimed.

Robertson stepped into the spotlight on her family’s A&E reality show “Duck Dynasty” that premiered in 2012 before becoming a social media personality and Christian speaker. She also hosts an annual event called the LO Sister Conference that features speakers, worship leaders, and musical performers.

The media maven competed on season 19 of “Dancing With the Stars,” where her competition included YouTube beauty guru Bethany Mota and “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” actor Alfonso Ribeira. Robertson was partnered with Mark Ballas, and the duo finished in second place.

Phil Robertson Had Alzheimer’s

Phil Robertson’s cause of death has not been officially confirmed, but he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s before his passing.

A People report says Robertson’s diagnosis was first revealed in December 2024 by one of his sons, Jase Robertson, during a podcast episode.

When breaking the news, Jase described the duck hunter as “really struggling” and said the ailment was causing “problems with his entire body.”

The Robertson family released a joint statement which was shared by several family members, including Sadie Robertson, who posted the message on her Instagram Stories. The statement read in part, “We celebrate that our father, husband, and grandfather, Phil Robertson, is now with the Lord.”

The family also showed gratitude to their well-wishers. “Thank you for the love and prayers of so many whose lives have been impacted by his life saved by grace, by his bold faith, and by his desire to tell everyone who would listen the Good News of Jesus,” they wrote.
