Evans is officially a semifinalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. It's been quite the past week for the former Saints star. He was inducted into the Saints franchise's ring of honor at halftime of the team's Week 11 win over the Cleveland Browns.

Former New Orleans Saints guard Jahri Evans will be inducted into the club's Ring of Honor on Sunday, November 17, during an on-field halftime ceremony of the team’s contest against the Cleveland Browns. Saints Owner Gayle Benson and a significant number of Evans' former teammates, who are participating in the team's annual 'Legends Weekend', will be present for the induction. -- New Orleans Saints

There were 25 former players named as Semifinalists for Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2025. Evans is among five offensive linemen contending for a place in the class.
