There is plenty of intrigue surrounding the New Orleans Saints for the 2025-2026 season. Derek Carr will be back at QB. They did not embrace a rebuild. They've got an offensive guru and first-time head coach leading their team, fresh off a Super Bowl victory of his own.
With that, the Saints have made sweeping changes to their coaching staff this offseason.
It is a mixture of proven, experienced football minds - along with young, talented assistants with plenty of potential to garner promotions and interest from the entire NFL in the future. Only time will tell how this group pans out for the Saints organization.

Jahri Evans stays on staff
The former Saints Pro Bowl offensive guard got a new title on the team's staff. Evans has been elevated from solely an offensive assistant to both that title and an assistant offensive line coach.
Evans is a Ring of Honor member for the Saints and is highly regarded inside their building as a potential offensive line coach in the future.
That could be with New Orleans at some point, but other teams will come knocking if he proves to be influential and impactful going forward for the black and gold.
Regardless, he is the most notable former Saints player to be set to coach for New Orleans next season - and hopefully beyond.
