Six games in a row. That is now the skid for the New Orleans Saints this season. They've lost six games in a row to drop to 2-6, and they look mostly punchless at every level at this point.
For one long-time Saints defender, the team's issues have made an impact on him. He made that clear with a short and simple message on social media that was not outlandish, aggressive, or negative. Instead, the disappointment from Cameron Jordan reigns clear.
Cameron Jordan's clear frustration
Jordan is known for his postgame tweets after wins or losses for the Saints. This week, the sentiment was different after the Saints fell, 26-8, to the Chargers.
Once again, New Orleans comes up short after hanging tough in the first half. The offense never got their feet under them, and the pass rush struggled against Justin Herbert and LA's offense.
Jordan did not record a tackle in the loss. If you look at the box score, he is nowhere to be found. The veteran defensive lineman has been a fan favorite for years, but his lack of production last season and struggles this year have frustrated them.
The veteran pass rusher would probably even tell you that his outputs this season have been underwhelming. He wants to provide for the team he loves, but it is just not happening in 2024.
