The Vanderpump Rules mom also dished on her and Brock Davies' plans to have a second child.

Summer Moon Honey Davies has taken a strong liking to Lala Kent’s newborn.
Scheana Shay confirmed this in the September 20 episode of her Scheananigans podcast, roughly two weeks after Lala gave birth to her baby girl, Sosa. About halfway through the broadcast, the Vanderpump Rules mom revealed that her 3-year-old daughter, Summer, had already met Lala’s bundle of joy and shared a precious detail about the girls' first interaction.
Scheana recalls the moment Summer met Lala's baby girl
“[Summer’s] been over there a couple times and she is just obsessed with [Sosa],” Scheana said. “[Summer] held her and it was so sad; the first time she started crying a little and Summer got a little scared — I think she thought she did something wrong — and Lala was like, ‘Oh, no, she’s just a little hungry.’ And once Lala put her on the boob, she was totally fine and Summer was like, ‘Oh, that was it!’… So, yeah, she loves the little baby.”
Scheana went on to praise her daughter — whom she shares with her husband, Brock Davies — for the way she engages with younger children. She also pointed to Summer’s sweet interactions with Janet and Jason Caperna’s infant son, who was born in late 2023.
“Summer is so good with babies, that I’m like, ‘I know you would be a good big sis,’ but we’ll talk about that next year,” she continued.
Are Scheana and Brock planning for baby No. 2?
While Scheana expressed interest in having a second child, she told listeners she’s not quite ready to expand her family. The Vanderpump Rules mom said she's been thinking about adoption since she was a teenager and has already frozen her eggs just in case she wants to conceive later on.
“I’ve always been super open to adoption. Brock is, as well” she said about her hubby, who has two children from a previous relationship. “We are just figuring out if that would be our next step or if fertilizing the eggs is gonna be the next step because I’m just kind of struggling with that right now. So I don’t know which route we’re gonna go but, obviously, I’m always gonna be open about where we’re at… We’ve decided to table it until 2025.”
Summer is best friends with Lala Kent's first daughter, Ocean
Although she doesn't have a sibling yet, Summer has developed a tight bond with Lala's first child, Ocean Kent Emmett. The Vanderpump Rules daughters were born less than two months apart and have become staples in each other lives; in fact, the girls are even enrolled in the same preschool class.
“Summer starts preschool with Ocean this summer,” Scheana revealed in the April 5 episode of Scheananigans. “I am so excited for them. The fact that we got them into the same school in the same class, starting the same day is the actual dream that we didn’t know if it was gonna be possible. I did not realize how competitive preschools are.”
