TMZ caught up with Heather and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, outside of a restaurant in Los Angeles on April 16.

"Thanks for calling us to be here today," the TMZ cameraman joked to the couple, who were joined by their eldest son, Nick Dubrow.

Heather began to laugh before joking, "Say it louder for the people in the back."

"What's your number?" Terry quipped.

Heather's RHOC castmate, Emily Simpson, then began to walk out of the restaurant.

"I called the paparazzi," Heather said as the attorney approached.

"Oh, I know..." the mom of three responded in jest.

She then addressed the TMZ cameraman. "Oh, yeah, does she have you guys on speed dial? Does she have her own direct line to TMZ?"

"It says TMZ secret line," Heather said.

On RHOC Season 18, then-newbie Katie Ginella made a strong impression on Heather when she accused the mom of four of calling the paparazzi to stage photos with Terry.

Heather denied the accusation, which Katie said she had backed up by a friend who worked as a photographer in the area.

When asked about the rumor on the August 1 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Heather said, "From some rando named Mark when I swore on the lives of my children? Yeah, no."

Katie Ginella defends her role in Paparazzi-gate

"I said, 'Is this true?' Like, 'Settle this for me,'" Katie recounted in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in August 2024 about her conversation with her photographer friend. "I thought it was funny, because him and I have such a deep relationship — we're really good friends, we talk about a lot of celebrities that call him — so it's just banter, and he responded, 'Yes,' and then called me and was like, 'Why do you want to know this?' and I was like, 'I don't know, I thought it was funny,' 'cause we talk about this a lot."

"I wasn't looking for something, I didn't come in with ill intent to hurt Heather or look for information on Heather," she added. "I'm not jealous of her. I'm not obsessed with her. I'm not coming for her. it all just happened, and it was confusing to me all these things that were domino-ing."
