Shannon Beador Thought She’d Have ‘Nervous Breakdown’ Over John Janssen and RHOC Drama

Shannon Beador is in a tough spot. Outside of her DUI arrest, she had no choice but to film alongside John Janssen’s newest love, Alexis Bellino. We are only a handful of episodes in on Real Housewives of Orange County Season 18, and already, Shannon is finding herself at odds with John’s leading lady. On the positive, Shannon originally predicted she might have a nervous breakdown, and so far, that has not happened, so count those nine lemon-laced wins, Shann!

Shannon Beador, boyfriend John Janssen break up

Shannon Beador thought John Janssen and RHOC drama might drive her to a nervous breakdown

The never-dramatic Shannon recently told Entertainment Tonight, to discuss the rough season. Not shockingly, Shannon and Alexis squared off in their first scene together. Their battle (of course) involved John, but Shannon also wanted to discuss a years-old defamation lawsuit that Alexis’ ex-husband, Jim Bellino, filed against her. Shannon lost $300K, and she is understandably pissed.

And now John is also suing Shannon. He claims he loaned her money for a facelift, but she never paid him back. In addition to these storylines, Shannon had a falling out with Tamra Judge, her once close Amiga.

Lawsuits and lost loves and catfights, oh my. Shannon’s drama load is stupidly high. But shockingly, as she just teased, even more mess is coming her way on RHOC.

Regarding the drama that is yet to air, Shannon teases, “Oh, it’s beyond. I, for the first time in my life, thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown. I was talking to my attorney off to the side, and I was told things with the girls that I couldn’t believe.”

Is anyone confused? I got you. Shannon is referencing a clip in the Season 18 trailer. In this, she appears to hyperventilate during a cast trip a la Vicki Gunvalson.

John’s lawsuit and the things she allegedly learned via her attorney caused this. Wildly, Shannon has even harsher storylines ahead. But Shannon wants us to know she is not a victim. Instead, she is “a survivor.”

Real Housewives of Orange County airs every Thursday at 9/8c on Bravo.
