The Philadelphia Flyers have a big need to address on their roster – adding a top-six center. It is apparent that they need help down the middle for star rookie Matvei Michkov.

Because of this, let's look at three potential center trade targets for the Flyers now.
Marco Rossi has been creating some buzz in the rumor mill this season, and he could be a perfect target for a rebuilding team like the Flyers. At 23 years old, he could become a long-term part of their core if acquired.
Rossi is having a fantastic season with the Wild, posting 12 goals, 28 points, and a plus-11 rating in 35 games. With numbers like these, he would give the Flyers' center depth a significant boost if acquired.
The Buffalo Sabres have been a complete disaster, as they lost 13 straight games before beating the New York Islanders last night. Due to the Sabres' struggles, they are looking to make changes, and Dylan Cozens' name has been floating around significantly.
Like Rossi, Cozens is a 23-year-old center, so he would fit into Philly's current plans. In addition, he has a $7.1 million cap hit until the end of the 2029-30 season, so he would be much more than a rental. In 35 games this season, he has seven goals and 17 points.
Trevor Zegras is another big-name forward who has been in the rumor mill for quite some time. Given his young age and skill, he is another forward who could make sense for the Flyers. However, he is currently sidelined with a torn meniscus and is a few weeks away from returning.
Zegras, 23, has appeared in 24 games this season, where he has four goals and 10 points. While it has been a down year for Zegras thus far, he is a very good player when playing at his best. His 23 goals and 65 points in 81 games during the 2022-23 season show that effectively.
