At the cliff house, Steffy and Finn go over the gall of Luna showing up there and acting like she owned the place. Steffy says she’s delusional and crazier than ever.
Steffy says there is true evil under Luna’s big tears. Finn doesn’t buy that she’s changed either. He’s sorry Steffy had to deal with her coming into the house. He vows that she will never come near their children. They embrace as Ridge walks in. Frowning, he asks, “Are you OK?” Steffy says no… “Luna was just here.”
Ridge asks if Steffy’s OK. She’s fine, just annoyed. Ridge learns Luna came looking for another chance, but they made it clear she can’t be part of their lives. Ridge rants that she’ll have to accept that! Finn hasn’t done anything to give her the impression they could have a relationship. Ridge grunts that she’s dangerous. Steffy agrees… it’s only a matter of time before Luna strikes again.
Sitting, Ridge rants about Bill Spencer getting Luna pardoned. Finn’s sure he paid someone else. Steffy says it’s a slap in the face to society and her victims. Ridge asks where Finn stands on all this. Finn thinks his daughter should be in prison. Ridge tells Steffy they’ll keep trying to have their lawyers overturn this ridiculous pardon. He reports that Electra had a run-in with Luna at Il Giardino. Luna threatened her but Sheila stepped up and defended the Forrester.
Luna Lies
In her apartment, Luna assures the gun-seller that she knows how to handle a 9mm. He asks, “What do you want a gun for?” She replies, “What do you think?” and then claims that she’s living alone and has to protect herself.
Once alone, Luna smiles as she moons over a photo of Finn online. Her expression darkens as she next looks at a picture of Steffy. She looks over at the gun beside her.
Deacon Wants the Deets
In Deacon’s place, he rants at Sheila for meeting with her killer granddaughter in their home, where she was making threats. It’s bad enough that she did it behind his back, but now Luna’s having rage-filled fantasies about eliminating Steffy?! She muses, “If only you’d listened to me, Steffy.”
Sheila confirms Luna wants Steffy out of the picture. Deacon marvels…you’d think she’d be lying low. Sheila told her to leave town; she can’t do anything to help her and she won’t jeopardize her marriage to him. Deacon says Luna has no shame and no soul. She killed two of his friends and tried to kill Steffy. He asks what Sheila thinks her next move will be… will she actually try to kill Steffy?
Deacon tells Sheila he’s trying to keep her safe; to keep all of them safe, including their staff and customers. She met with Luna there in the apartment! Sheila admits it was a mistake in judgement. Deacon can’t deal with secrets. He has her worried, especially given her track record. Sheila promises she’s not plotting anything with Luna. Steffy is her son’s wife and she doesn’t want to do anything to hurt her or her family. Deacon thinks they need to take Luna at her word. He’ll never forgive her for taking Tom and Hollis and neither should Sheila. Sheila says she doesn’t. She told her granddaughter to leave town and hopes she took her advice. Deacon tells his wife he can’t stay mad at her… they have bigger things to worry about. Sheila confirms that Luna is obsessed with having a relationship with Finn. She fears what lengths she will go to to make it happen.
Deacon asks Sheila to tell him exactly what Luna said. Sheila tells him that she was upset that she turned on her like everyone else and told her that they’d have a relationship with Finn if not for Steffy. Deacon says she’s delusional. Sheila empathizes with her on some level, and she knows that. Deacon thinks she’s taking advantage of her soft spot for Finn and trying to wear her down. Sheila loves her son and misses him, but she’s come to realize that she needs to respect Finn and Steffy’s wishes. She told Luna this, but she didn’t want to hear it. “It’s starting to panic me, Deacon. I really don’t know what Luna’s going to do.”
Sheila says her granddaughter is losing touch with reality. Deacon rants that she kidnapped Finn’s wife and put her in a cage. Sheila says the walls are closing in on her now. “She’s got no one. She’s got no support.” Deacon says she has nothing to lose… it’s a recipe for disaster. Sheila nods. Instead of taking accountability, she’s blaming Steffy.
Steffy Makes a Vow
At the cliff house, Ridge complains about Steffy having to deal with all of this and wonders what kind of security they have to install to keep her safe. He rants about what might happen next time. She’s on the hunt. She’s hunting Steffy; she’s the prey. Her crazy has been reignited. Steffy assures her father they won’t let Luna control them or give her power over them in any way. Ridge grunts that Steffy didn’t do anything to deserve this. Finn vows to protect Steffy and his family. Steffy tells Finn and her father she won’t back down from Luna.
Luna Takes Aim
In her apartment, Luna paces back and forth and flashes to Steffy calling her a cold-blooded murderer and telling her she’ll never see Finn again. She recalls her saying she’ll never have a relationship with Finn and screaming that he doesn’t care about her and doesn’t want a life with her. “He doesn’t want to see you. You can’t be here!” Luna continues to go over her encounters with Steffy and Finn. She looks at the gun, walks over to it and picks it up. Aiming it at Steffy’s photo on her laptop, Luna gives a sinister half-smile and whispers, “Boom.”
