More than two months after breaking his clavicle in an Aspen skiing accident, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dad blessed fans with a quick update on his recovery. And we have to say, it’s pretty impressive.
Mauricio posted a video of his recent workout session at Monarch Athletic Club in West Hollywood. The footage showed the real estate mogul’s circuit training, which included everything from medicine ball drills and box jumps to bent-over dumbbell flies and kettlebell swings.
“Working hard at getting the shoulder strong again,” he captioned the May 1 Instagram. “9 weeks since my accident. Let’s Gooooo.”
Mauricio Umansky breaks his collarbone in a skiing accident
Mauricio revealed his injury on February 14 after snapping a selfie from a hospital bed. The Mexican-born businessman informed fans he had broken his collarbone on the slopes and had to undergo surgery to ensure the bone healed properly.
“I feel so blessed to be taken care of by such amazing humans,” he captioned the photo. “Ski patrol, [paramedics], Aspen Hospital, you’re all the best. Broken clavicle.”
Mauricio later revealed his X-ray images and confirmed doctors had to install 12 screws and a metal plate to fix his collarbone.
