Shocking: Erika Jayne Announces Leaving RHOBH!

Erika Jayne is once again at the center of swirling rumors—and this time, it’s not just about courtrooms or couture. A recent event ad overseas described the longtime “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star as a “former Real Housewife,” sending Bravo fans into a full-blown frenzy over whether her diamond days are officially over. 

While Bravo hasn’t confirmed anything, the timing couldn’t be worse: Jayne is currently juggling mounting legal troubles, a looming $24 million lawsuit tied to her ex-husband Tom Girardi’s financial scandal, and deep personal stress, including the serious health battle of close friend Teddi Mellencamp. 

Her attorney, Jim Wilkes, insists she’s holding strong, despite it all. But with season rumors heating up and trials on the horizon, fans are left wondering—could Jayne’s time on “RHOBH” really be coming to an end?

As legal troubles and music drama pile up (more on that below), Erika Jayne is also confronting swirling rumors that this could be her final season on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

Speculation picked up after a U.K. event advertisement for a June 3 appearance described the “Expensive to Be Me” singer as a former Real Housewife. Bravo fan account Bravo Snark Side shared a screenshot of the ad on Instagram, sparking even more questions about her future on the show.

“Erika Jayne … The iconic musician, TV star, and former Real Housewife heads to Camden.”

The fan page shared the post, wondering if this was a “typo or piping hot tea.”

Fans immediately hit the comment section to share their thoughts on her possible exit after nine seasons. While some joked not to get their hopes up, one fan was quick to point out that being a Housewife cannot be easy. 

“I’m sorry but she is fabulous. If you step back and really think about it, they ALL are. It can’t be easy to be in the spotlight and live their lives so publicly while taking care of themselves and not losing their minds. Eryka Jayne has been fabulous since the day we saw her. Yes she was way too materialistic for my taste but now that reality has hit, I like her even more.”

While Jayne’s future on the show may be uncertain, her troubles outside of it continue to grow. 

The ‘RHOBH’ Star Is ‘Dealing With a Lot of Stress,’ Claims Her Attorney

Jayne, who has spent years entangled in court battles stemming from her ex-husband Tom Girardi’s legal downfall, is also grappling with emotional strain behind the scenes. “Erika is dealing with a lot of stress,” Wilkes said. “She’s got a close friend that she’s done the internet podcast with who’s got an incredibly difficult health issue,” referring to Mellencamp’s ongoing battle with Stage 4 cancer. “That’s been very difficult for Erika.”

Jayne is also facing a $24 million lawsuit tied to her ex’s bankruptcy, though she has never been charged with a crime and has consistently denied any involvement in Girardi’s alleged misconduct. Girardi was convicted of wire fraud last year in a scheme that stole millions from clients.

“I’m stunned at how Erika has gotten through the depression of it,” Wilkes added. “It astounds me that she’s done such a great job. Erika is good people.”

Though a trial is reportedly looming, Wilkes maintains confidence in her defense. “They want a trial with Erika, but the state court cases have shown no evidence. The judge even said he sees no evidence Erika was involved in anything.”
