Sonja Morgan has always loved a great bargain, and the former Real Housewives of New York star just got one!
She’s moving on to a new city after purchasing a waterfront condo in West Palm Beach, Florida. It’s a far cry from the massive NYC townhome she finally sold earlier this year after it entered and exited the market for more than a decade.
Sonja Morgan paid $600,000 for her downsized abode
According to The New York Post, Sonja sealed the deal on the condo back in March for a steal – $600,000. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is 1,170 square feet and boasts a balcony with waterfront views. The building has perks, like a 24-hour doorman, club room, gym, and pool. It’s unknown if the bathrooms are equipped with a bidet so Sonja has a convenient place to wash her undergarments. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for her plumbing!
The condo was originally listed at $910,000 in May 2023, but the price was reduced several times before Sonja slid in with her offer.
It seems like Sonja is leaving Manhattan in her rearview after finally being untethered from her Upper East Side townhouse. The five-floor, 5,500 square feet, five-bedroom, six-bathroom beauty finally sold in May for $4.45 million. It bounced on and off the market for around 11 years.
As we know, Sonja has always been “the straw that stirs the drink.” Hopefully, she doesn’t get into the same kind of trouble her good friend Luann de Lesseps got into in Palm Beach!
