Sonja Morgan is living her best life today. The Real Housewives of New York City alum has been traveling after selling her Upper East Side townhome last year (more on that down below), hanging out with her daughter, visiting her friends, and spreading her Sonja charm across the nation.

Sonja is so active on Instagram, where she posts many photos of herself while traveling. Before celebrating Mother's Day in NYC, Sonja was in full "weekend mode," where she hung out by the ocean and had so much fun embracing her "weekend vibes." The mom of one took to Instagram on May 10, where she posted two photos of her wearing a bathing suit and black bathing suit coverup, while looking over at the water. Sonja accessorized the look with a pair of black espadrille wedges and chic, oversized sunglasses.
"Feeling cheeky," she wrote in the caption of the post.
The next day, she took to Instagram where she posted two new photos from the resort while wearing a different bathing suit, showing off her legs for days. "Soaking up the sun," she captioned the post.

One week before she hit the beach, Sonja was at a different beach in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, wearing a fabulous rainbow one-piece swimsuit, with her friend, Andy Lalwani. In a series of photos, posted to her Instagram account, the duo can be seen lounging on beach chairs while they smiled for the camera and enjoyed all of the moments that the day had to offer. "Enjoying a quiet moment on the beach with my Andy," she captioned the photos.
Three days later, Sonja took to Instagram on May 4, where she posted a photo of her in a hot pink outfit and revealed that she was ready to do it all over again. "Sunday reset mode: activated," she wrote in the caption.
But it's not all sunshine and beach chairs for Sonja — she also isn't afraid to get her hands dirty, too. In March, Sonja took to Instagram where she revealed that she was spending time in Virginia, bundled up and walking a dog. "Truly out here experiencing farm life," she revealed in the caption of the post.

Sonja is also able to make time for her health and fitness during her travels, even if it's while using some unconventional equipment. In late April, Sonja took to Instagram where she posted a video of her working out on a piece of vintage equipment in a random basement. "I'm just doing a little butt press, this machine...it's amazing," she said in the hilarious video. "What's your go to workout equipment? Let's get moving this Saturday," she wrote in the caption of the post, along with the words "fitness" and "workout vibes."
But when she isn't working out in a random basement, Sonja revealed that she still loves walking, even though she no longer lives in Manhattan. She took to Instagram in January where she posted a photo of her, wearing her best walking gear. "Staying healthy and in shape," she revealed in the caption. "What's your trick? Walking is helpful. It's a part of my life. Whether in NYC or traveling."

Sonja modeled at AdoreMe's New York Fashion Week show in February. Sonja took to Instagram at the time, where she stated in the caption that she was so excited to walk the runway wearing a lacy, red, lingerie set. "Showing my following at NYFW 2025 that we can be our best at any age. Unapologetically," she wrote.
She spoke with Page Six at the fashion show, where she opened up about how she felt walking the runway, noting that it gave her "more self-esteem." "[I walked] with all of these young girls...and they were really cheering me on, they supported me," she admitted.

Her friendships are still going strong, too. Sonja is frequently flying out to Los Angeles to visit her BFF and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent Josh Flagg at his house. She recently took the trip out to LA in March, where she cleaned out Josh's freezer and refrigerator in his California house.
Sonja was able to help herself to all of his food items, including his alcoholic ice cream and his "fancy desserts," which she documented on her Instagram account. "Cleaning out [Josh Flagg's] fridge," she wrote in the caption of the post. "It's my job as a bestie."

Sonja's relationship with her only daughter, Quincy Morgan, is also thriving. One month after Sonja's ex-husband and Quincy's father, John Adams Morgan, passed away, Sonja took to Instagram where she revealed that she made the trip out to LA to visit her daughter. "Had a relaxing visit with my daughter Quincy in Hollywood," she revealed in the caption of the post.
Sonja Morgan sold her NYC townhouse in 2024 and moved to Florida
Sonja officially moved out of her beloved, iconic, NYC townhouse in July 2024, after it sold in May. Sonja officially celebrated her big move by posting a photo of a moving truck outside of the Upper East Side home in July. "Movin' on out!" she wrote in the caption of the post. "Did you guys think this would never happen?"
It didn't take too long for Sonja to find a new place to settle down in. Sonja, according to The New York Post, she purchased a waterfront condo in West Palm Beach, Florida, in October 2024.
Sonja spoke about what caused her to move during Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen's 15th Anniversary Special, which aired in June 2024. "It's such a...Every time I would list it, I would rent it 'cause I have to pay bills every month," she explained. "This time, I said, 'Auction it. I want out. I want a finite time. I am out!' I sold the furniture. I'm feeling much lighter and I'm figuring I'm gonna eat more, sleep more, and get laid more."
