Stacey Rusch Reveals Why She's "Not Sure" She'll Marry Thomas Anthony "TJ" Jones

Stacey Rusch's relationship with boyfriend Thomas Anthony "TJ" Jones may be confusing to some of her castmates on The Real Housewives of Potomac, but the former QVC personality is still feeling very "happy" in her romance these days.

The RHOP Season 9 newbie caught up with The Daily Dish in November 2024, and she revealed that the two are still going strong.

"He's my best friend," the mom of one gushed about TJ, who she's been dating for more than a year. "He is one of the best people I've ever met in my life. And I'm so happy to have someone that really loves me and really supports me. And for me, that is enough. That's more than enough, quite frankly."

Does Stacey Rusch plan to marry Thomas Anthony Jones?

As viewers have seen on Season 9, Stacey and TJ are planning to remain celibate until they tie the knot because TJ is a devout Christian. So, are wedding bells ringing for the twosome yet?

"I'm not sure," Stacey admitted about taking that leap of faith with TJ. "And that's the beauty of it. We just love each other. We're having a great time. There's no rush to go anywhere."

Why are Stacey Rusch and TJ celibate?

Stacey spoke about the couple's desire to abstain from sex during an appearance on the November 10 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. "Our relationship is grounded in our faith and God, and we're choosing to take things slowly," Stacey said.

When fellow guest Luann De Lessepps wondered if Stacey would want to "test out the racecar" before marriage, she said no.

"I don't think I need to; I mean, look at him," Stacey replied. "I think we're gonna be just fine."

Is Stacey Rusch divorced?

One reason why Stacey may not be in a rush to marry TJ is because she's still legally married to her estranged husband, Thiemo Rusch (who she shares daughter Arabella with).

"I'm not divorced yet," Stacey told The Daily Dish.

Elsewhere, on WWHL, Stacey shared that her ex doesn't watch RHOP, but he is supportive. "I mean, he's happy for me, he's happy that Arabella is happy," she said. "He doesn't really watch."

Though Stacey has been separated for quite a while, she believes that her divorce will be finalized before her castmate Ashley Darby's.

When asked which cast member would be officially single first, Stacey responded, "Oh, me of course."

"We've been waiting for Ashley for a while now," she concluded.
