Starfleet Academy Will Honor Star Trek's Past
Star Trek: Starfleet Academy will now chart the farthest point in Star Trek's future, but one of the most exciting aspects of the new series is how it will honor Star Trek's past. Noga Landau says, "We made sure that the halls of our school are properly named for the most legendary people in Starfleet."
WWE Superstar Becky Lynch (Rebecca Quin) also joined Star Trek: Starfleet Academy's cast.
With a combination of Oscar-caliber actors, a compelling young cast, several familiar faces from the Star Trek franchise, and a production pulling out all the stops by filming on Star Trek's biggest sets ever, Star Trek: Starfleet Academy looks extremely promising. Paramount+ has already renewed Starfleet Academy for season 2, which begins filming later this year, and much more will be revealed at San Diego Comic-Con.
