This week, Susan returns to Salem with dire warnings for EJ, as Marlena dreams of her past as Stefano’s Queen of the Night. The latest promo for Days of Our Lives leaves fans wondering: Is Stefano about to rise from the ashes?
EJ’s been struggling to remember the night of his shooting, even agreeing to let Marlena hypnotize him, which didn’t work out so well as he became frustrated over what he was recalling. Or make that not recalling. With Johnny’s trial beginning, Susan comes home to help solve the mystery of who shot her son. As EJ explains to his brother Chad, his mother fancies herself a medium.
After passing out in court, further worrying her family, Marlena confides in Kayla that she’s been having strange dreams of being Stefano’s “Queen of the Night” again.
Elsewhere in Salem, Sarah confides in Maggie that she and Xander have made a decision about their marriage. Cue Xander and Gwen witnessing a close moment between Brady and Sarah in Horton Square!
Meanwhile, Steve tells Kayla that he has stumbled upon something that could affect Stephanie. Kayla worries as Steve prepares to tell her what he’s learned. Could he have discovered Joy’s pregnancy?
Gabi and Tony team up to get DiMera back from the Kiriakis clan, but there may be more to worry about. Rafe warns Cat that there is a reason Stefano is called “The Phoenix,” as he’s always rising from the ashes.
Finally, Susan warns EJ that things are very bad, as Marlena confides in Kayla that she’s been told she is sick: body, mind, and soul! Is the devil about to return to Salem?
