The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will have difficulty digesting her husband’s double-shocker.
Hearing about Poppy Nozawa’s (Romy Park) connection with him introduced the real reason he raised the messy issue.
Learning that Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) is John Finn Finnigan’s (Tanner Novlan) daughter causes Steffy’s mind to bend. That happens in the context of her having been kidnapped by Luna, who intended to leave her for dead.
Steffy told Finn that he didn’t have to worry about Luna because she was imprisoned before he had a chance to tell his beloved wife the second part of his soapy story.
The next shoe-drop will transform Steffy and Finn’s lives forever. Of course, fans wonder how Luna will be part of the family when she either can’t leave the mansion or return to prison.
John Finn Finnegan Made The Right Decision
Not telling Steffy was not on the daytime table. Thankfully, Finn rejected Poppy’s horrible advice.
Poppy advised Finn to do what she’s done since Luna was born. She lied to herself by not seeking a paternity answer among the various men she was with and particularly telling Finn that he wasn’t the father when he initially asked that question when she was pregnant.
Viewers can question why Finn didn’t insist on a paternity test after Luna’s birth. However, the writing staff wants the audience to digest Finn’s college-entry age as the explanation.
Steffy Forrester Finnegan Needs To Help
It’s natural for Steffy to be discombobulated. The one-two punch Finn delivered would cause anyone to double over mentally.
But Finn will need to lean on Steffy while he begins to carry the emotional weight Poppy dropped on him. Park’s character is the first villain in this storyline.
Steffy will excoriate Poppy for her reckless behavior and how she handled this matter throughout the years. As Finn said, they know what Luna became without his influence in her life. She deserved to know her father, and Poppy was wrong to deny both of them from each other.
Yet, it’s never too late. In soap-land, Luna has avoided an extended prison stay and can answer the door when Finn arrives at Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) home.
Li Finnegan Realizes Instincts Were Right
Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) feels guilty whenever she sees her sister. Sure enough, Poppy is waiting inside Li’s office at the hospital.
If Poppy follows her behavior pattern, she won’t have the guts to tell Li the truth. But Poppy went to prison intending to see Luna and presumably tell her about Finn.
However, it’s far too late for Poppy to come clean, expect Li to accept this hard truth, and then forgive her. Li’s instincts about her younger sister were exact. The fallout between these sisters will be explosive, and Steffy will also weigh in.
