A host of special faces were amongst audience members for this week’s Dancing with the Stars as the showed put on their first-ever County Week — including a beloved presenter form the UK version, Strictly Come Dancing.
Sunday’s edition of the show was the quarter-final stages of the celebrity dancing show with the journey coming to an end for TV chef Kevin Dundon and his professional dancer Rebecca Scott.
Kevin and Rebecca faced the dance-off against model Aishah Akorede and her pro partner Robert Rowinksi, with judges Brian Redmond, Karen Byrne, Loraine Barry and Arthur Gourounlian saving Aishah.

SPECIAL GUESTS
Among those in the audience on Sunday were the Garrihy clan, minus matriarch Clare, to show their support for presenter Doireann.
Doireann landed the presenting gig last year and has went from strength to strength alongside co-presenter Jennifer Zamparelli.
While the celebrity dancers are supported by friends and family in the audience week in and week out, it was Doireann’s turn for some audience support by way of her sisters, Aoibhin and Ailbhe, and father, Eugene.

The sisters both went for black dresses which they paired with heels — Ailbhe went for an all black dress and black heels while Aoibhinn went for a silvery-black dress and sparkly heels.
‘WHAT IN THE STRICTLY-VERSE?’
The Garrihy’s weren’t the only special guests on Sunday night, with none other than Strictly Come Dancing presenter Tess Daly also attending the show.
The blonde beauty posed alongside Jennifer and Doireann, with RTÉ One sharing the picture of the trio to Instagram.

‘The lovely @tessdaily joining us in the audience tonight #DWTSIRL,’ they captioned the picture.
‘What in the Strictly-Verse?’ one person commented, while another wondered: ‘Who is the person in the white shirt???’
A third person added: ‘A delighted crossing of the streams.’
Sunday saw another couple eliminated from the competition as the end nears for the remaining couples.
Speaking following his elimination, Kevin said he felt great and ‘had the time of my life.’
In a first for the series, the six quarter-finalists danced a series of toe-tapping country music-themed performances in honour of one of the most popular music genres in the country.
