Lindsay makes sure to workout on a regular basis. She tells Women’s Health that she has made exercise a priority in her life. “You’re in your own world. It’s the one time that no one has access to you, and it is the one time of day that you have for yourself…Obviously, it’s super difficult [to be consistent] when you’re traveling all the time, so I just try to do as much as I can.”
She Loves Barry’s Bootcamp![]()
One of Lindsay’s go-to workout classes is Barry’s Bootcamp. “I used to go to Barry’s four or five times a week…and then over the last five months, my routine got a little bit crazy with travel,” she says to Women’s Health. “I just love the Barry’s workout, [so] every once in a while, I still pop into Barry’s. It’s a little bit hard to keep a consistent routine at one specific studio in New York City, especially since I’ve been traveling down to Nashville a lot more. But they do have a Barry’s there, and it’s wonderful.”
She Loves Fish
Lindsay likes to cook, and shared some of her go-to meals with Women’s Health. For dinner, she often makes a fish dish. “My favorite fish of all time is mahi mahi or grouper, but that’s a warm weather fish. So up here [in NYC], I typically make salmon with garlic, lemon, and rosemary roasted in the oven.”
She Takes Care Of Her Skin
Lindsay shared some of her skincare secrets on her Instagram story, as reported by Bravo. “One of my biggest insecurities (lol feels appropriate to say skinsecurities in this moment) … Anyway… has always been old acne scarring from when I was younger,” she wrote. “I also film a show that takes place during the summertime where we are in the natural sunlight and imperfections show a lot easier! My dermatologist [Georgina Ferzli] and I have worked over the past 4 years using different lasers (CO2, microneedling, fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, laser genesis) to minimize my acne scars, discoloration, texture, etc.”
