The RHOBH ex-husband and his wife will welcome baby No. 2 in early 2025.
Dr. Paul Nassif has had a lot to celebrate in recent weeks.
Fresh off his and Brittany Pattakos’ fifth wedding anniversary, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ex-husband provided an inside look at his wife’s beautiful baby shower. The couple hosted the intimate event at their Los Angeles mansion last weekend, roughly three months after announcing Brittany was expecting.

“Baby Boy Nassif’s Baby Shower!” Paul captioned a November 3 Instagram, which showed him and his wife posing outside their decorated home. The two were joined by their young daughter, Paulina Anne Nassif, as well as Paul’s adult sons Christian and Gavin Nassif, whom he shares with RHOBH alum Adrienne Maloof.
As shown in the carousel, Brittany wore snowflake-shaped earrings, open-toed heels, and a powder blue cape-sleeve dress that accentuated her baby bump. The outfit was right in line with the party’s winter wonderland theme, which included flocked evergreen trees, balloon arches, fake snow, and signage that read, “A little snowflake is on the way!”

Brittany showed off the festivities in a November 2 Instagram video, in which she credited the decor to her event design company, Oneira.
“My beautiful winter wonderland baby shower in California!” she captioned the Reel. “Thank you for all my wonderful friends and family who took the time to come celebrate me today! It meant so much to me! Love you all!”
Guests were treated to a delicious spread of cupcakes and cookies, a mini-pancake bar with an assortment of toppings, and products from Paul’s skincare line.
Paul and Brittany share family updates
The baby shower came less than a month after Paul and Brittany celebrated their daughter’s birthday.
“Today is a very special day!” Brittany wrote in an October 12 Instagram. “My first child, my best friend was born Paulina Anne Nassif! Wow! Today she is 4 years old. It’s crazy how fast the time has gone by! Happy birthday baby girl! Mommy loves you forever and ever!”
Back in July, Paul and Brittany confirmed Paulina would soon become a big sister, as Brittany was expecting baby No. 2. They shared the exciting news in an Instagram video that featured Paul and Adriene’s sons Christian, Gavin, and Collin.
“SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!!” they captioned the video. “We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif!”
Adrienne Maloof reflects on her relationship with her ex-husband, Paul
Paul and Adrienne tied the knot in 2002 and finalized their divorce roughly 10 years later. The former Housewife spoke about the split in a 2020 episode of Life After Bravo, saying she and Paul "worked hard" to establish a healthy co-parenting relationship.
“Now we are both very good friends, we care about each other,” she said. “I believe we really worked hard, we worked at it to make things right for our children… We had to do a lot of counseling. It was years of counseling and years of co-parenting… We both had to learn how to be adults for our children. And I think we’re role models now.”
