The RHOC cast member set the record straight on what cosmetic procedures/treatments she had done.
Tamra Judge insists she hasn’t had any work done… at least not recently.
Tamra Judge explains her new appearance: "No surgery, no nothing"
“You were great,” The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s cast member said. “You looked beautiful.”
“Thank you. Well, it took a team,” Tarma said, before tackling the plastic surgery claims. “Everyone’s, like, ‘What? You look different.’ I think even [WWHL host] Andy [Cohen] said that. I’m, like, ‘My hair’s darker. I’m definitely thinner,’ which makes a difference, I think, in your face.”
Tamra then reminded listeners she got new veneers in the fall of 2024, months before RHOC Season 19 began filming.
“Then, [I got] new teeth,” she continued. "That’s it, guys. No surgery, no nothing.”
Tamra and her husband, Eddie Judge, received smile makeovers from Smile Texas, a cosmetic dentistry practice that has become quite popular among Bravolebrities. The clinic counts Dolores’ ex-husband, Frank Catania, RHONJ’s Rachel Fuda, and RHOC alum Meghan King among its clientele.
“It makes such a difference,” Tamra said about her veneers upgrade.
“You’ve lost weight and your skin is very tight,” Dolores pointed out.
Tamra Judge documents her brow lift and chemical peel recovery
Ahead of her Smile Texas appointment, Tamra underwent several facial cosmetic procedures. One was a CO2 laser treatment, which aimed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, scars, acne, and discoloration. The mother of four also had a surgical brow lift to minimize wrinkles around her eyes and forehead. She documented her post-procedure recovery in a series of Instagram Reels, confirming she also received “a blue chemical peel.”
"[T]aking it one step at a time… literally. Happy birthday to me," she captioned a September 2024 video. "The swelling is pretty bad... I do feel a little bit better today. I took a shower, I'm able to turn the TV on now; before, [the] noise hurt my head so bad because of the brow lift, so I just wanted to stay in complete silence."
Tamra shared more details about her surgical procedure in a 2024 interview with Real Self, admitting she was initially concerned about the potential results.
“I was worried that after a brow lift, I’d come out and my brows would be up way high on my forehead and I’d look crazy,” she recalled. “That was one of the reasons I’d always been against it. But there was a woman in his office who was a little younger than me, who had done one, and she looked amazing and so natural. Brow lifts have come a long way.”
Tamra is no stranger to plastic surgery. She underwent a lower facelift in 2017 and a breast explant in 2021, decades after she had her first breast augmentation.
