Tamra Judge Speaks Out on RHOC After Suggesting She Quit, Shares Why She’s in “Full Depressed Mode,” Plus She Reunites With Teddi

Tamra Judge spoke out for the first time after suggesting she’s quitting Real Housewives of Orange County. The star revealed why she’s in “full depressed mode” and “stares at the wall for hours,” as Dolores Catania reacted.

Andy Cohen hints at reason for Tamra Judge's 'RHOC' exit

Last month, Tamra’s friend and podcast co-host Teddi Mellencamp had surgery after doctors found multiple tumors in her brain. Until recently, Teddi took a break from the podcast so she could recover.

Last season on RHOC, Tamra was accused of going after Shannon Beador after her DUI when she was at the lowest point in her life. Many fans claimed Tamra was intentionally throwing Shannon under the bus for ratings. Amid the new season, which is now filming, critics have speculated that castmates are challenging Tamra over her controversial actions — and that she threatened to quit because she can’t take the heat.

“I think I just hit a wall,” said Tamra in tears on the latest episode of her Two Ts in a Pod podcast, via @thebravobabe on Instagram. “There’s so much going on in my life … I mean therapy and Teddi and some other personal things I’m going through. I just hit a wall and … I feel like I’m in full depressed mode.”

Tamra’s temporary co-host Dolores told her, “The word on the street is you just need a little break.”

Tamra seemed to agree, stating, “Yeah. When I get like this, my body just shuts down, it just completely shuts down. And I can just sit in one place and just stare at the wall for hours. And that’s how I feel, and it’s really hard to film like that when you feel like that.”

“I’m just so mad at myself because I feel like I just can’t pull myself out of the funk,” Tamra went on. “2025’s just been a real doozy. It’s just been one thing after another.”

Tamra said she went into the season “anxious” as she was “dealing with some stuff through therapy.”

“That really breaks you down to your lowest point,” said Tamra, who asked herself if she should “quit” therapy. “But, you know, Teddi gave me a pep talk, and that’s the first time I’ve laughed in so long … And she just yelled at me and said, ‘Listen to me. If I have to be bald and fat right now and going through this, you get your a** back over there.'”

Tamra also wondered if she should “go on medication.”

On Instagram, Tamra shared a photo with Teddi. She wrote in the caption, “Back with my Teddi Jo, and suddenly, everything makes sense again. ❤️”
