Just weeks ago, Cory Wharton was clapping back at fans who were telling him to propose to his long time girlfriend, Taylor Selfridge
Now, Taylor is saying the two are already married.
Cory Wharton and Taylor Selfridge have had many ups and downs in their relationship - and to no surprise, many of their fans and followers have opinions.
Lately, fans have been wondering why Cory has yet to propose to Taylor.
Apparently, Taylor has been getting a large volume of similar comments and questions, too, given her latest update.
She addressed some of the comments in her Instagram story.
“Do you think you’ll know when [Cory] does plan to propose?” a follower asked.
With an annoyed expression, Taylor wrote back curtly “Yup LOL.”
Another wrote in support of her.
“How many times do you have to say he’s not going to propose there,” they wrote.
With a facepalm, Taylor wrote “Idk my head hurts.”

Then she filmed herself asking a nebulous question of fans.
“What if I told you guys that I already have a ring?” she said, seeming exasperated in the video.
“What if I told you that we’ve already gotten married?”
“What would you guys do?” she concluded.
It’s unclear whether Taylor is actually sharing she got married or if she, like Cory, simply was fans to stop asking.
Cory recently went on a rant about the comments that he has received questioning why they have not made their relationship official.
This came after he received a lot of criticism for a recent Instagram post celebrating Valentine’s Day.
Though he later edited it, Cory initially called Taylor his “wifey” in the caption which did not go over well with social media users.
The father of three addressed the first part to his daughters who he credits with changing him “to become a better man. & father.”
Though Cory had only kind words to say about his partner, many were angered by the message.
He wrote, “To my lovely, Taylor without you, this family would be all out of sorts. I think everyone can agree behind every strong man is a strong woman!
“I’m so thankful to have you as a partner and I’m so proud of the work you’ve been putting in and excited for what this year has to bring for us both.”
His comments were flooded with outrage.
One of the most liked reads, “Calling her wifey without a ring is diabolical.”
This led Cory to address the topic directly on his Snapchat. He stated, “If I hear one more person talk about the fact that Taylor and me aren’t married yet, listen, that’s not your business.
“We are happy. We are fine. We are gonna get married,” continued the reality star.
““I have never cared so much about somebody else’s life. What are you guys doing…go live your life,” Cory said. “Half of you telling me to get married but y’all aren’t even married yourself.”
“You guys have been doing this for two-plus years,” he noted in his video response before asking, “Has it affected me? No.”
