Teddi Mellencamp appears to have a new boyfriend.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, who is battling stage 4 cancer, was photographed getting cozy with a mystery man over the weekend.

While the man’s identity is not yet known, a source told the Daily Mail that Mellencamp is “dating him” and very “happy.”

Her reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

When Mellencamp and her beau went for a romantic stroll on Sunday, paparazzi caught the brown-haired hunk loving on his lady.

The former Bravolebrity, 43, stood in front of her man as he wrapped his arms around her chest. At one point, he was seen going in for a kiss on her cheek. At another, he was seen adjusting her baseball cap, which covered her shaved head.

The mystery man wore a tight white T-shirt that showed off his arm muscles, which were tattooed. He also sported black joggers, a black baseball cap and black sunglasses, along with white sneakers.

Mellencamp, for her part, opted for an olive green zip-up jacket, which she wore atop a bright pink sports bra, matching sneakers and navy blue joggers, which matched her hat.

Mellencamap was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in October 2022. She underwent more than a dozen surgeries and got a clean bill of health in January 2024.

That November, she filed for divorce from Edwin Arroyave, with whom she shares three children: daughter Slate, 12, son Cruz, 10, and daughter Dove, 5. Arroyave, 48, is also dad to a teenage daughter named Isabella.

At the time, Page Six reported that Mellencamp’s affair with her then-married horse trainer led to the split.

Three months later, the “Two Ts in a Pod” co-host underwent emergency surgery after “doctors found multiple tumors on [her] brain, which they believe [had] been growing for at least 6 months.”

During the operation, “more tumors were removed than expected.”

She announced in March that her medical team discovered “more tumors in [her] brain” as well as some in her lungs.

Despite their romantic separation, a supportive Arroyave has remained by his estranged wife’s side throughout her treatment. It’s unclear how he feels about her reported new boyfriend, and his reps did not immediately respond to our request for comment.

Though she was initially given a 50 percent chance of survival, the daughter of famed musician John Mellencamp gave her Instagram followers an “exciting” update in April.

“I just finished with all of my scans, and my tumors have significantly shrunk, which doctors believe means that this [immunotherapy] all will work and that I will be back to myself and feeling good!” she gushed in a selfie-style video.

Teddi added that she had two more sessions of immunotherapy and then “hopefully [she would be] done and cancer-free.”
