Teddi Mellencamp Reveals Next Steps in ‘Unbearable’ Brain Tumor Battle After Emergency Surgery!

Teddi Mellencamp has shared the next step in her brain cancer battle.

The 43-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum is now undergoing immunotherapy.

Immunotherapy is a type of cancer treatment that uses the patient's own immune system to fight cancer. It works by stimulating or enhancing the immune system's ability to recognize and destroy cancer cells.

'Day one of immunotherapy. I do immunotherapy once every three weeks,' she said as she wore a gray top while laying down on a lounge chair as tubes came out of her arms.

And the reality TV favorite will also have radiation. Radiation therapy is a cancer treatment that uses high-energy rays to damage and kill cancer cells.

Teddi shared the news on her Insta Stories.

'And then next week I start radiation and I do it every single day, yup, I really hope it's at 8 am so it does not conflict with the pod,' she added.

After her therapy, she was seen laying on pink sheets in bed as she shared, 'Well, I am pretty glad that's over. It actually wasn't that bad, it's just the last 20 minutes.

'It's the nausea that came in hot and is still here but I did it,' she said. 'First treatment is over and I feel like I am going to be really ready for work tomorrow, I mean I am actually going to bed at 6 am so I should be fresh as a daisy.'

The next day she is up before sunrise on her way to hot yoga at her home gym located near her swimming pool. She then sees her son Cruz already in the gym boxing.

Her last video was of her in an Eberje robe as she thanks whomever sent her the 'cozy, delicious treat.'

Teddi and her on-again husband Edwin Arroyave share three children Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, four. She is also stepmother to his daughter Bella, 15, from a previous relationship.

She has already undergone emergency brain surgery.

The mom of three has openly documented her health battle since doctors discovered brain tumors in February after weeks of severe headaches, recently sharing a raw moment of having staples removed from her head.

It also comes as she continues to navigate the fallout from her split with estranged husband Edwin.

Last Wednesday, Teddi broke her silence on her health woes and revealed that doctors have now found more tumors on her brain and that 'the fight is not over.'

The statement included a selfie from her hospital bed with a shaved head, along with a scan of her tumors.

'I am so grateful for the incredible surgeons, doctor, and nurses who made my surgery a success and my recovery process comfortable,' she posted to her Instagram.

'In full transparency, more tumors were removed than expected: 4 in total. This fight is not over, but that round has been won.'

'The laughter, support, and patience of my kids, my family, and my closest friends is one gift with which words cannot properly express my gratitude.
