Teddi Mellencamp Reveals the Surprising Real Housewife Who Sent Her a Care Package

Teddi Mellencamp has been getting a lot of love since her brain tumor surgery, and she revealed on the March 20 episode of “Two Ts in a Pod” that “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Vicki Gunvalson sent her a coloring book as part of a care package.

While holding up the “Best of Housewives Coloring Book,” Mellencamp pointed out that she wasn’t featured in it.

She then read the note, “Teddi, we hope you know just how protected you are in prayers and positive energy too.”

“At this point, I had to grab my glasses because I thought there was a freaking typo. Vicki Gunvalson,” Mellencamp told her co-host Tamra Judge.

“Stop!” Judge replied. Mellencamp said, “I am very gracious. I haven’t heard from [expletive] Dorit [Kemlsey] but I have heard from Vicki Gunvalson.”

“Thank you, Vicki. It meant a lot. I really appreciate it. I just was shocked,” the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star added.

Gunvalson Showed Support to Mellencamp After Her Surgery

Gunvalson and Mellencamp’s feud began around 2022 when the insurance agent told ET, “I don’t know Teddi Mellencamp, but I don’t like Teddi Mellencamp. I don’t know something about her bugs me.”

Since then, the two began verbally sparring on social media, with Mellencamp sharing a clip of the ET interview on Instagram and poking fun at Gunvalson’s “love tank.”

However, Gunvalson chose to let go of the drama after learning of Mellencamp’s illness and said on “My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast” on February 18, “I have prayed for Teddi … My heart goes out to her, the children, Edwin [Arroyave], everybody. I mean, it’s horrible.”

“There’s no bitterness when it comes to health. I mean, I just wish the best for her. I hope she recovers,” Gunvalson said.

She added, “Teddi if you are listening, I wish you the very best. My heart goes out to you and you’ve got this girl. You are strong.”

‘RHOBH’ Star Sutton Stracke Helped Mellencamp With Her Recovery

“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Sutton Stracke also offered Mellencamp support while she was recovering from her surgery.

Mellencamp told Erika Jayne on the March 21 episode of the “Diamonds in the Rough” podcast, “She gave me two excellent recommendations, and that has changed the course of how I’ve been feeling so I’m very grateful to Sutton for that. I did appreciate the help, so thank you for that, Sutton.”

On March 19, Mellencamp shared a picture on Instagram of her hugging Jayne while filming their podcast. “These diamonds are tough,” she wrote.

A fan replied, “Been thinking about you and admiring your vulnerability and honesty. You rock!”
