Teddi Mellencamp Shares Before & After Pics Following Lymphatic Drainage Amid Cancer

Teddi Mellencamp posted before-and-after photos on Instagram after undergoing a lymphatic drainage procedure, which can help flush toxins and reduce swelling.

After reuniting with her childhood friend, Southern Charm star Shep Rose, 44, earlier this week, the 43-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, who confirmed she’s been diagnosed with brain cancer following the discovery of multiple tumors in February, took to her Instagram Story to applaud her doctor as a “miracle worker.”

“[Dr. Sarmela Sunder] is a miracle worker! Look at the before and after of this lymphatic drainage!” she proclaimed with her March 19 pics.

Also on Instagram this week, Shep shared a joint post with Teddi in which he detailed their recent run-in.

“In case you all didn’t know my hometown friend [Teddi Mellencamp] recently had several tumors removed from her brain. There’s still lots to battle but we decided to meet up if she was up for it. We met in Encino, a magical village in the valley,” he explained. 

“As soon as I saw Teddi and gave her a hug we argued about where to sit,” Shep continued. “She then rather bluntly announced ‘I almost died and I still might – make a decision for once Shepard.’ We then proceeded to just laugh. We love dark humor and Teddi is the queen of it. So we ordered a loaf of bread (with oil and balsamic vinaigrette for dipping) and chicken parm pasta.”

“More laughs than anything. She has a keen interest and derives much pleasure in my misadventures. Which I think means that she loves me,” he added. 

Following the sharing of the post, Teddi confirmed she and Shep never dated.

“Thankfully we were never romantically involved. I don’t think I could pull off a shark tooth necklace,” she joked.

As Southern Charm fans well know, Shep infamously gave both of his most recent flames, Taylor Ann Green, 30, and Sienna Evans, 26, shark tooth necklaces.
