Teddi Mellencamp Walks the Red Carpet with Her Kids amid Cancer Treatment

Teddi Mellencamp’s latest red carpet appearance was a family affair.

On Saturday, May 10, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 43, celebrated Mother’s Day a day early at iHeartRadio's 102.7 KIIS FM Wango Tango, where she received support from kids Slate, Cruz and Dove Arroyave, as well as her stepdaughter, Isabella “Bella” Arroyave.

Isabella’s mom, Christina Mecklenburg, also joined the group at the event, which was held in Huntington Beach, Calif., and presented by Fiji Airways.

The group of six posed together on the red carpet, with Mellencamp and Mecklenburg smiling and standing side by side in the middle, and the four kids flanking them on either side. The youngest, 5-year-old Dove, stood in the center.

Following the carpet, the children also joined Mellencamp onstage as the former reality star — who wore a white pantsuit, a pink top and sneakers — took the mic to introduce performer Meghan Trainor.

The mom of three — who rocked a bald head, which she has been alternating with wigs amid her cancer journey — appeared to be in good spirits as she spent time with her family at the event.

Mellencamp shares daughters Dove and Slate, 12, and son Cruz, 10, with Edwin Arroyave.

The star filed for divorce from Edwin in November 2024, just three months before revealing she had several tumors in her brain, but he has remained by her side following her cancer diagnosis.

Following the iHeartRadio event, Mecklenburg — who welcomed daughter Isabella with Edwin prior to his marriage with Mellencamp — shared a red carpet photo and, in honor of Mother’s Day, gave the RHOBH alum a sweet shout-out.

In a May 11 Instagram post, Mecklenburg shared several photos celebrating the moms in her life — including a snapshot from her and Mellencamp’s outing at the California event — alongside a heartfelt caption.

“@teddimellencamp thank you for being such an incredible stepmom to my Bella all these years,” she wrote in part, “and showing us what it looks like to fight like a warrior🙏🏻.”

Mellencamp also marked the holiday by sharing photos from the event in an Instagram post of her own.

This is what Mother’s Day is all about: Celebrating with moms you love and supporting one another,” she wrote in the caption.

“Introducing @meghantrainor was pretty rad but being able to attend a Mother’s Day-based Wango Tango with mothers and kids I love with all my heart was even better,” the mom of three continued. “Thank you @christinamecklenburg for sharing Bells with me last night. Love you Bella, Slate, Cruz and Dove more than anything.“

“Thank you for making me a mom and loving me through both the amazing times and the hard times,” she finished the post.
