TEEN Mom fans have been left shocked as they spotted Tyler Baltierra's massive bulge in a video he posted to social media.
Tyler, 33, shared an update with his followers on Instagram of his "morning routine."
Wearing basketball shorts, the Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star cooked eggs for breakfast.
However, he left little to the imagination as the video immediately got fans' attention.
Tyler captioned the video, "I keep losing count whenever I try to add up all my blessings. I’m not mad about it!"
Replying underneath, one said, "The snake in the pants."
A second posted, "Nobody else gonna mention it? Congrats girl."
"I'm gonna buy you underwear for your birthday, drop the addy," a third fan jokingly said.
MTV personality Tyler charged a monthly fee of $30 for people to get NSFW photos and videos of him on OnlyFans before recently disabling the account.
His wife Catelynn Lowell, 32, ran his account on the adult-sharing platform.

Last year it was revealed how Tyler and Catelynn took their $433,000 home off the market amid foreclosure rumors.
The couple listed the home for sale in September 2023, dropping the price months after their failure to pay taxes on the house left them in danger of foreclosure.
The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed last year how they had both managed to pay back their taxes owed on the property.
Court papers exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun reveal the full amount of $5,297 was paid off on August 2, 2024.
The U.S. Sun previously broke the news of the foreclosure warning in July 2024, as court documents read, “On March 1, 2024, the following real property was forfeited to the Sanilac County Treasurer for non-payment of property taxes for the year 2022.
“If the 2022 taxes are not paid by March 31, 2025, absolute title to the property and any equity associated with an interest in the property will vest in the foreclosing governmental unit.
“If the property is not redeemed and is foreclosed and sold or transferred, a person with an interest in the property at the time of judgment of foreclosure may claim that person’s interest in any remaining proceeds.”
