Jenelle Evans’ Ex Issued Search Warrant
Currently, Jenelle Evans is being slammed for poor parenting. The Teen Mom alum had called the police on her son, Jace, only for him to say she was lying. Furthermore, he was crying out for help, but all Jenelle seemed to care about was herself. She partied in Las Vegas with her best friend, Victoria Rhyne, and appeared not to be worried about Jace or his struggles. Jenelle’s past is resurfacing as her estranged husband, David Eason, is in the hot seat all over again. She had him arrested for trespassing on her property, and he was forced to wear an ankle monitor for Jenelle’s protection.
Several months back, audio revealed Jenelle’s concerns about David being around their daughter, Ensley. She claimed that she had found evidence via a memory card that allegedly had material related to the “sexual exploitation of a minor.” Now, a search warrant was issued for David over the suspicion Jenelle had mentioned regarding a minor. It was filed in June 2024, and now, the authorities can start taking the necessary steps to conclude. As per the sheriff’s office, they mandated:
“that the court issue a warrant to search the person, place, vehicle and other items described in this application and to find and seize the property and person described in this application.”
This warrant was issued to see if David had any evidence of “first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.” However, they are also looking for evidence in “second-degree exploitation of a minor.” As of now, this is just an evidence search. David has yet to be charged, but that could change based on what is discovered, if anything. When the couple was on Teen Mom, David got them fired for shooting the family dog. He was also accused of killing and eating his kids’ pet goat.
Questionable Surroundings
Many Teen Mom fans were completely shocked and confused as to how David Eason still has a girlfriend. His behavior and these current allegations are enough to make anyone want to leave. However, Kenleigh Heatwole, whom he has been seeing for some time, consistently defends his actions. She has no problem with what he has done in his life. Yet, she is young, so some think that’s the problem. Still, many do not understand how he is not alone:

- Can’t wait to see what Kenley has to say about this, seeing as she always has some excuse for his behavior…just like Jenelle used to.
- I really hope this is some BS story made up by Jenelle to get back at David.
Fans did not think that this was true, or did not want to believe David was capable of something so atrocious. Moreover, they questioned if Jenelle was creating this to gain control over him. It appears that nothing has come of the warrant, so, for now, David is in the clear.
