TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans and her estranged husband David Eason are officially divorced after a tumultuous seven-year marriage and bitter separation.
The divorce comes more than a year after Jenelle, 33, initially filed court papers in February 2024.

A court clerk told The U.S. Sun: "Their divorce has been granted and the judge will be signing off on that order later today."
The clerk said the former couple is still fighting over custody and other matters, despite the former Teen Mom 2 stars' marriage being over.
A source close to the case told The U.S. Sun that the MTV alum was not in court to receive the news, as her attorney appeared on her behalf.
It is expected she will also have her maiden name restored today.
Jenelle and David, 37, are expected to go to mediation to hammer out their assets and custody of their daughter, Ensley, 8.
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, Jenelle currently has full custody, though in March, David filed for custody and child support.
On the certificate of absolute divorce or annulment, the date of marriage is noted as September 23, 2017 and the date of separation is February 16, 2024.
On Friday morning, Jenelle responded to some fans' questions.
She told one fan she is planning to announce a new business venture soon.
In another response, Jenelle griped that North Carolina makes people "suffer through a divorce," while she told another fan that she is "thriving" without David.
Last summer, the former Teen Mom star moved her and her three children across country to Las Vegas, and away from her ex David, who has remained in North Carolina.
JENELLE'S DIVORCE DEMANDS
In February 2024, Jenelle filed for separation from David after six tumultuous years of marriage.
Jenelle asked for primary physical custody of her and David's daughter Ensley in their divorce, and she wants child support.
As reported by The U.S. Sun, Jenelle identified David’s excessive alcohol consumption as a significant issue during their marriage, stating that it made her life "intolerable."
She also accused David of irresponsibly spending money he didn’t earn, which could have been used to support the "financial well-being of the minor children."
Jenelle is the mother of two other children from previous relationships: Jace, 15, and Kaiser, 11.
NIGHTMARE MARRIAGE
In her court filing, Jenelle claimed that David would insult and degrade her in front of their children and others.
She further accused him of "recklessly" spending her income while "refusing to earn consistent income to contribute to the family."
Jenelle also blamed David for two incidents that resulted in them temporarily losing custody of their children.

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans met David Eason on Tinder in September of 2015.
Jenelle got pregnant in April 2016 and announced she suffered a miscarriage, then she became pregnant again with her and David's daughter, Ensley, a few months later.
The pair got engaged in February 2017 and tied the knot that September.
A year after saying “I do,” Jenelle called 911 and accused David of assaulting her outside their home. She would later call the incident “a drunk and dramatic misunderstanding” and said she was "fine."
In around May 2019, David shot and killed their French bulldog puppy named Nugget. Weeks after the incident, CPS took custody of all of the children, including their daughter, Ensley, Jenelle's son, Kaiser, and David's daughter, Maryssa.
When her children were returned to her, Jenelle fled to Tennessee with Kaiser and Ensley and filed an order of protection against David in October. She ultimately dropped the case and went back to him.
In the following years, the couple sparked split rumors as the pair would often unfollow each other on social media and update their Facebook relationship statuses.
As The U.S. Sun exclusively reported, on February 23, 2024, Jenelle filed for separation from David. She stated that she filed the documents with “the intent that the separation be permanent” and claimed that Eason had “exhibited concerning and at times disturbing behavior towards [her]” throughout their marriage.
They lost custody of their children when David killed the family dog, which also led to Jenelle being fired from MTV.
They again lost custody of her oldest son Jace when David allegedly strangled him during an argument.
David is facing a felony charge for the incident with Jace.
Jenelle claimed that David’s actions had severely damaged her public image, stating, "Defendant's conduct has caused plaintiff employment compensation and degraded her public image."
She described herself as a "faithful and dutiful spouse," standing by David despite widespread criticism from millions of people on social media who were concerned about his behavior.
In her legal filing, Jenelle requested primary physical custody of their daughter Ensley, along with child support.
She also sought an unequal distribution of assets in her favor and asked to retain the marital home they say is on "The Land."
After their separation, Jenelle relocated to Las Vegas with her children and began dating her manager, Daniel Miranda, also known as August Keen.
However, Jenelle and August ended their relationship earlier this year.
