TEEN Mom star Mackenzie McKee has revealed she is pregnant - with twins.
Mackenzie, 30, revealed her exciting news during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show.
She told Drew, "No one knows I'm pregnant but I am."
Hollywood star Drew congratulated her, before whispering, "You're going to have... is it okay to say?"
Mackenzie mouthed back, "There's two in there!"
She then put her hand to her mouth and giggled as the audience applauded and cheered.
Mackenzie is expecting her twins with her fiancé Khesanio Hall.
IVF JOURNEY
The pair have made no secret of both their desire to have a baby and their recent IVF journey.
Drew said to Mackenzie, "And you met a wonderful man.
"And you want to share this experience with him. You want to raise kids in love and you love him and are excited for this journey."
Laughing, Mackenzie replied, "It was planned. Finally!"
Mackenzie shares three children with her ex-husband Josh McKee; Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13.
Teen Mom Mackenzie McKee gets engaged to soccer star Khesanio Hall in beach proposal and gushes about her ‘best friend’
She rejoined the cast of Teen Mom OG in 2021 and hers and Josh's struggles with co-parenting have been well documented.
Mackenzie has also allowed the cameras to follow her and her soccer player fiancé Khesanio's IVF journey.
The couple got engaged last year and have been desperate to have a baby together.
Just last week, Mackenzie shared an image taken from Teen Mom: The Next Chapter that showed her lying on a bed in a hospital gown.
Tagging in a fertility company, she told fans, "Don’t always know what the next chapter looks like, but excited to take this journey with you all!"
ROAD TO CONCEPTION
Mackenzie first appeared with her now-ex Josh on the MTV reality TV series 16 and Pregnant in 2009.
In 2020, she accused her husband of having an affair with one of her family members.
The couple briefly reconciled but split for good two years later.
In December 2022, Mackenzie went public with her new boyfriend Khesanio and he proposed to her in May 2024.
The current series of Teen Mom has seen the couple embarking on IVF treatment in an effort to have a baby together.
Mackenzie had a tubal ligation (also known as sterilization) following the birth of her youngest child, which made it almost impossible to conceive naturally.
She explored the option of having it reversed but was told the chances of success were low.
Just last week, Mackenzie told her Instagram followers, "So I had to go through IVF because I got my tubes tied when I was 21 years old.
"Fast forward to now and I met my wonderful partner and decided I wanna complete my family and I want to have one more baby."
She explained how she had looked at getting her tubes untied but said, "My chances of getting pregnant were 20 percent."
Mackenzie added, "So we decided to do IVF."
The mom-of-three explained that 15 eggs were removed during surgery, which led to four frozen embryos for implantation.
