Khesanio adds, “Mackenzie has done so well with our beautiful girls and I’m super proud of her! Ja’Kharie and Ja’Meikah came out so smoothly and all three of them are doing well, thank God! This is easily the happiest day of my life!”
The new arrivals join older siblings Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13. Mackenzie previously teased in an Instagram Q&A that the babies would have "J" names, in keeping with a tradition in Khesanio's family.
"The babies will have three-syllable 'J' names," she shared in April.
"Khesanio and I both have three-syllable names. So I wanted three syllables. And all of his mother’s grandbabies have names that start with a J!" she explained.
Fans have watched as Mackenzie has navigated a complex pregnancy, from the couple's IVF journey to managing her health, including a recent preeclampsia diagnosis. Speaking with PEOPLE in May, the couple talked about their excitement to welcome the two newest members of their family of five.
"I think just having two partners excited about the babies makes a world of difference," Mackenzie shared at the time. "These are the only babies I've planned. The whole time, instead of stressing about what I'm going to do, we're talking about how excited we are for these babies to come."
"I'm really looking forward to seeing what a piece of me looks like in real life," Khesanio said. "I'm excited for that part of it and just continuing to be a dad.
