Mackenzie McKee and Khesanio Hall make a sentimental stop as they enjoy time with family and prepare to welcome their twins
Mackenzie McKee made a meaningful visit as they celebrated their twin news with their family.
The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star, 30, and fiancé Khesanio Hall celebrated their twin news with family in a recent episode of the MTV series. While spending time with Mackenzie's family in Oklahoma, the two stopped at Mackenzie's mom's grave. Mackenzie's mom, Angie Douthit, died of cancer in 2019.
The emotional visit showed Khesanio as Mackenzie's rock once again, holding her as she tells him through tears, "I never thought I would get married or have babies without her."
In a confessional, Mackenzie shares, "My mother, she was there every step of the way with all three pregnancies. It has been extremely mentally tough to not get to even call her and tell her it's twins."
In the scene, Mackenzie shares, "The last time I was here, I had three kids and I was asking how am I going to get through all of this? How am I going to be a single mom? Now there's a man that actually takes care of me and the kids. And now we're having twins."
Teasers for an upcoming season finale of the show give a peek at Mackenzie and Khesanio enjoying a sex reveal celebrations with a "Goals or Bows"-theme. Fans will get to see the full moment the couple celebrate their baby girls on the way.
The couple got engaged in June 2024. At the time, Mackenzie told PEOPLE how important it had been for her to witness to see the relationship between her kids and Hall blossom.
"My kids are raised by Khes. So he is security for all of us. The hero that came to our rescue. I love his love for them," she raved.
"It’s not just a stepdad relationship, it’s a true love deep in his heart. I know my kids wouldn’t want life any other way than for Khes to be a part of it forever."
