Can the couples take the heat?
This week, “Bachelor in Paradise” officially changed when everyone on the beach competed in their first relationship test.
After “betting” on how well they know their partner by answering a series of personal questions, Jeremy and Bailey became the winning couple and had the power to send one of the other couples home.
During the Rose Ceremony, Bailey decided to send Leslie and Gary home with a tearful goodbye. The episode ended with a sneak peek into the drama that's to come next week in “Paradise.”
In the teaser, we see everyone participate in their second relationship test. Jesse Palmer is heard saying, “This relationship test is designed to test whether or not the one you call your person truly is the one you’re most compatible with” as Bailey and Brian are seen meeting up during the test and sharing a big hug with one another.

Jonathan then tells Lea about his conflicting feelings and shares he’s in a “gray area,” to which she responds, “Yeah, there’s no gray. I will have you eliminated.”
Bailey sits down with Brian and asks, “You’ve heard something? I mean, I would want you to tell me is what I’m saying.” The teaser then cuts to Bailey crying as she says, “Why would he do this to me? I just feel really hurt right now. I just want to go home.”
Bailey confronts Jeremy while he’s in his bed and says that she needs to talk to him. Jeremy later shares that he feels Brian is trying to sabotage their relationship to save himself and they “need to send him home.”
We get a glimpse into the Rose Ceremony and Jesse reveals that someone will be “voted out of ‘Paradise.’” Jeremy looks over with a smile on his face and Brian states, “The heat gets turned up, the water starts boiling out the pot, and I’m the lobster in there screaming.”
Will Brian get sent home? What will happen with the couples? Tune in next Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC to see it all unfold!
