Why study for the LSAT when you can be an influencer instead? According to the Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, that’s the advice she gave to her daughter Gia Giudice when she asked about taking a break from law school.

Gia graduated from Rutgers University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. At the time, she said she wanted to go to law school to focus on immigration law. She said her goal was to one day help her dad Joe Giudice return to the United States. Now, it looks like those plans are on hold. Sorry, Joe.
Gia Giudice is saving law school for “later”
Tre shared the update about Gia during a conversation with Bravo’s The Daily Dish. She explained that Gia’s primary focus right now is her “influencing career,” which Tre described as “phenomenal.”
“She took her LSAT. And then she was studying to take her LSATs again, but she wasn’t ready at the moment. So she just wanted to take a break,” Teresa explained.
“I told her, I [said], ‘Listen, you have your whole life ahead of you,'” Tre continued. “She finished college, and she did great, and I’m like, ‘You know what, take a break, focus on your influencing career… then you can go back to studying and take your LSATs again.'”
In the meantime, Teresa plans on opening an Italian restaurant, which she said Gia will be a part of. Over the last few weeks, Tre and her girls have been touring spaces in New Jersey. They’re hoping to settle on a location by the end of the year.
“Gia will be helping. She would want to work there also and help me,” Teresa said of the forthcoming eatery. “And the girls, too. So it’d be like, me and the girls.”
Clearly, Gia has options. She can be an influencer or a restauranteur. She could become a reality star in her own right, and one day, she might still make it to law school.
