On today's The Bold and the Beautiful recap:
Carter and Hope are sitting on his sofa when he pulls out a ring and proposes. He knows it must seem his proposal came out of nowhere but he says he loves her so much. She knows he does which leads Carter to push her to put on the ring so they can move forward with their happily ever after. Hope says she wants to move forward with him and knows they were on their way to this place before… Carter finishes the sentence knowing he broke her trust. Hope says they have turned the page and are moving forward but she still needs to be cautious. She believed him when he apologized but thinks a marriage proposal is a step too far, for now.
