The Legally Blonde prequel is created by Laura Kittrell (High School, Insecure), and the story follows Elle Woods (Minetree) in high school as we learn about the life experiences that shaped her into the iconic young woman we came to know and love in the first Legally Blonde film. The series is set years before the events in the first movie, which kicked off as Elle Woods (Witherspoon) graduated from college and headed to Harvard Law to pursue a legal career.

It’s no surprise Yamada landed this role given her other TV and movie credits which include: Freeform’s Cruel Summer, Hulu’s Little Fires Everywhere and The CW’s All American, among others.

Currently on B&B, and now a free young woman, Luna is determined to have a relationship with biological father, Finn, and will knock his wife, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) out of the way if she has to, and she has set her sights on a romance with Will Spencer played by Crew Morrow, and would like nothing more than to cause trouble between Will and his girlfriend, Electra (Laneya Grace).
