The Lincoln Lawyer Season 4 is further expanding its cast. Deadline reports that Fire Country and Criminal Minds veteran Jason O'Mara is the latest to join Season 4 of the Netflix series, alongside Emmanuelle Chriqui (Entourage), Nancy Silverton, and Javon Johnson (The Oval). Chriqui has been tapped to play Jeanine Ferrigno, the girlfriend of a local gangster who finds herself mixed up in a dangerous criminal enterprise which gives her information pivotal to Mickey’s (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo) defense. Fire Country veteran Jason O’Mara has been tapped for the role of Jack Gilroy, Maggie’s (Neve Campbell) current boyfriend, an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in sports medicine. Silverton will cameo as herself, a world-renowned chef and restaurant owner, and Johnson will play Carter Gates, a hardworking business owner who has turned his life around after a troubled youth.
The Lincoln Lawyer is a remake of the popular 2011 Matthew McConaughey movie that also stars Oscar-winner Marisa Tomei. Both projects are based on the novel by Michael Connelly, who is credited as a writer and executive producer on all 30 episodes of the series. David E. Kelley and Ted Humphrey adapted the series to television. Kelley is best known for his work on Big Little Lies, the popular HBO series starring Nicole Kidman that will return for another season next year, and he also created other legal shows such as The Practice and L.A. Law. Humphrey has written movies such as The Triangle and The Code, and he’s also credited as a writer on other TV shows such as Shark, Dr. Vegas, Wisdom of the Crowd, The Good Wife, and more.
Who Else Stars in ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’?
In addition to Garcia-Rulfo, three other stars have appeared in all 30 episodes of The Lincoln Lawyer thus far. Becki Newton and Angus Sampson have each featured as Lorna Crane and Cisco Wojciechowski in every episode of the show thus far, and both are expected to be back in Season 4. Jazz Raycole is the other name who has starred in every episode as Izzy Letts so far. Other performers to appear in 10 or more episodes of The Lincoln Lawyer include Campbell, Yaya DaCosta, Krista Warner, Christopher Gorham, and Lana Parrilla.
