The Valley’s Jasmine Goode on If She Thinks Jason Cheated on Janet, Where She Stands with Danny, and When Her “Eyes Were Opened” to Janet’s Behavior, Plus Talks Reunion Drama

Jasmine Goode revealed if she thinks Jason Caperna cheated on Janet Caperna – amid the rumor that he goes out without his wedding ring. Jasmine also shared where she stands with Danny Booko, and hinted at when her “eyes were opened” to Janet’s behavior.

On the new season of The Valley, Jasmine shared that Danny was inappropriate with her and her fiancée Melissa Marie after he drank too much on Halloween. Later on, Jason also confronted Danny about his drinking. In response, Kristen Doute mentioned a rumor that Jason sometimes goes out without his wedding ring. At the time, it was alleged that Jasmine was there when the rumors began.

“Kristen rides for her friends,” expressed Jasmine, in an interview for Decider. “If you mess with someone she cares about, she’s gonna come for you.”

But Jasmine said she doesn’t buy the rumor–or any allegations against him: “I still don’t think Jason has done anything to hurt Janet.”

She was then asked how the rumor began.

“This rumor started a couple of years ago when the group was a bit fractured,” she hinted. “I think people were upset and people said things that they didn’t really mean, and it blew up from there. That’s what I took from that whole conversation when it happened. I didn’t believe it. There was never any cheating.”

“But other people heard it too. It wasn’t just me,” she added. “We all know Jason is Janet’s whipping boy [laughs]. But hey, their relationship is great. It works for them. I still don’t think Jason has done anything to hurt Janet.”

As for the Halloween incident with Danny, Jasmine shared, “It was such an interesting situation because Jesse Lally initially brought it up [on camera]. When I found out, I’m like, ‘okay, we have to talk about this. One thing I want to make sure about is that we’re going to be real and authentic. This is stuff that happened in our lives, so we’re not going to not talk about it. I know it made some people uncomfortable, but it happened.”

Jasmine stated that she thinks Danny is a “good guy,” and she claimed she got through to him during their second conversation about the incident.

“We’re in a good place, and everything’s great,” she said. “I love Danny and Nia Booko. I’m so happy we had that conversation.”

Later, Jasmine shared when her “eyes were opened” to Janet’s actions.

“I just started seeing things that made me question certain people’s behaviors,” she said. “I didn’t really like how Janet was treating Kristen and Zack Wickham. That made me step back from her. It just felt like my eyes were opened.”

Regarding the reunion, Jasmine teased: “I blacked out because I was so nervous. I don’t remember much. It was kind of overwhelming for me … I do wish we could go back to the reunion now just because people are starting to do podcasts. I’m like, ‘wait, you weren’t saying that, now you’re saying this…’ [But] I got everything out I wanted to say. I talked to the people I needed to talk to, and now we’re all good. For now.”
