The Valley's Jesse Lally Accuses Scheana of "Weaponizing" Daughter for Attention, Reacts to Janet's Sexual Assault Claim Against Danny, and Slams Michelle for "Creating Narratives," Plus Where He Stands With Aaron and Jax Taylor's Sobriety

Jesse Lally was featured on Tuesday night’s Watch What Happens Live, where he reacted to Janet Caperna accusing Danny Booko of sexual assault.

While also accusing Scheana Shay, 40, of weaponizing his daughter, Isabella, 5, for attention, shading her and Lala Kent‘s cameos on The Valley, and addressing Michelle Saniei‘s “narratives” about him, Jesse, 45, offered an update on where he stands with Michelle’s boyfriend, Aaron Nosler, and shared his thoughts on Jax Taylor, 45.

“Danny’s an incredible person. He’s an amazing father. He’s an amazing husband. I think he’s taken accountability for whatever he did. The only people that should really have any say in this conversation is Danny and his family and the other people who were involved. I think none of us should open our mouth about it anymore,” Jesse stated on the July 8 episode of WWHL as he looked back on Janet’s claims against their castmate.

He was then asked about Scheana’s recent suggestion that he was worse than Jax. As fans may have seen, Scheana alleged on SiriusXM Radio‘s Reality Checked With Kiki Monique that Jesse refused to take Isabella from Michelle after the death of her mother even after she told him she needed a day to grieve in private.

“I think it’s honestly shameful how Scheana, as a mother, went on and weaponized my daughter to garner attention for herself and weaponized my daughter’s losing her grandmother,” he admitted. “The way she’s going after being part of the show and trying to create some storyline for herself, I think it’s kind of deplorable.”

After refusing to say he was a “fan” of Scheana and Lala, 34, appearing on The Valley, making it clear he did not want them on, Jesse responded to Michelle’s story about his behavior at the time of her mom’s death.

“That scene with Aaron where she talks about the not allowing Isabella to see her grandmother, that was shot the third week of August,” he clarified. “Michelle had planned a trip October 10 to October 26 to go to Europe with her boyfriend, a week before her mom ended up passing away, and wanted to drop Isabella off with her sister, who was providing hospice care for her mom at the time for a week, and I said, ‘I’ll take her for two weeks, just help me out, find a nanny when I need her.’ It was never about not allowing her to go. It was so she could go on vacation to the Mediterranean with Aaron for two weeks.”

According to Jesse, he has taken full accountability for his role in the breakdown of their marriage, but Michelle is “trying to constantly create narratives.”

“I think she needs to kind of apologize to herself and just be a little bit more free and a little bit more fun,” he suggested.

Although things between Jesse and Aaron have been tense on the show for weeks, Jesse admitted that they made positive progress during their trip to Maui.

“After our conversation that you’ll see, which was over an hour … to watch that conversation with Aaron, go up to my room, change, come out, and see Aaron and Michelle sitting on my couch, I was like, ‘Whatever happened worked.’ It was a great … we had so much fun on that trip,” he shared.

As for the potential overlap of Michelle’s relationship with Aaron and their since-ended marriage, Jesse noted that while he doesn’t believe anything physical happened, he does feel their emotional relationship was inappropriate.

“They had this sort of emotional connection where she would ask questions about me to him, and he would ask about girls he was dating, which I think is inappropriate for a married woman … He even says in this conversation, ‘She came to me saying that she wanted to leave,’ [and] to have that conversation with somebody … Michelle is clearly kind of comparing a relationship with me and what a relationship would like with him, and I just don’t think that’s appropriate.”

Later, while appearing on the WWHL: After Show, Jesse was asked if he agreed with Tom Schwartz, 42, who said on another episode of WWHL that he didn’t believe Jax had changed, despite being sober.

“I do agree that he goes through these moments. He’s definitely become more aware of them, and I think he has a long road to go … He was so bad and toxic for so long, it’s gonna take a little bit for him to sort of grow into the person he at least wants to be right now … Twenty years of drugs and alcohol. Maybe give him 20 years. I don’t know,” he declared.

The Valley season two airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
