The Valley's Lala Kent Gets Emotional Over Brittany's Romance With Julian as She Admits It Triggered Her PTSD, Plus Brittany Explains Why She Ended Relationship

Lala Kent got emotional discussing Brittany Cartwright‘s romance with Julian Sensley after Tuesday night’s premiere of The Valley season two.

As she looked back on the moment she learned that Brittany, 36, was hooking up with her former flame, Lala, 34, shaded Julian as a “love bomber” and explained why Brittany’s time with him sent her back to her messy split from Randall Emmett, 54, as Brittany revealed why the two of them ultimately called it quits.

“Julian’s a love bomber. When I first started talking to him was when I first started working at SUR. There were just certain things that just, like, didn’t add up, like his mom died twice. There were just, like, little things … He was also supposed to fly to Germany to inherit $40 million from his dying uncle,” Lala shared on the April 15 episode of The Valley: After Show.

Fresh off her split from Randall, Lala felt Julian was coming on far too strong.

“It had been like two weeks, and he was talking about, like, picturing his daughter and Ocean, like, being step-siblings… It was a lot,” she admitted. “He just was a hanger-oner. He had his claws in the group. It was very awkward.”

While Lala’s time with Julian was short-lived, she was highly impacted when she learned Brittany was secretly seeing him.

“I still have tremendous PTSD of, like, being left out of what other people know. I felt like my ex kind of did that to me, you know, like I would show up places with him and everyone knew that he was f*cking around on me, and I was just kind of the idiot that had no idea. So when that happened, and it came out, and she wasn’t the one to tell me, but everyone else knew. Sorry, it took me to like a really funky place,” Lala explained. “And it had nothing to do with Julian or her hooking up with him. I felt like I was left out and people were talking about things that I didn’t know about.”

Not wanting to have tension with her friend, Brittany opted for a “sit-down conversation” with Lala about Julian because she wanted Lala to know she “was not purposefully trying to hide it from her.” Right away, Lala broke down.

“She said for the first time, Julian had made her feel that she was beautiful and worth something. And right then, I was like, ‘I’m so sorry that I just projected, like, all of my feelings onto you because you deserve to feel that way and I’m happy that you felt all of those things,'” Lala revealed.

Although Brittany acknowledged that Julian made her “feel good” at a time when she had “no confidence” amid her separation from Jax Taylor, 45, their romance eventually ended due to his lies.

“He lied to me about so much. We all thought he was a single dad … Everybody thought he was a single dad. And I found out from a fan coming up to me in Vegas .. she was telling me, ‘He lives with his baby mama,’” Brittany shared. “I did not know that he was with her. And I feel terrible because I would never try to break up a family.”

“He was also hooking up with people I knew throughout it, so I thought 100 percent this guy was single,” she added. “[Then], once I started telling Lala all this stuff, she was like, ‘See, if you would’ve just told me in the beginning, I would’ve told you.’”

“I would’ve said, ‘Get that dick and run,’” Lala laughed.

The Valley season two airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
