Now, The Walking Dead has released a new clip from Dead City season 2, episode 7, showing Negan speaking with Benjamin (Keir Gilchrist) while sitting at Ginny's bedside. He talks about his past with his first wife, Lucille, and how he felt like he'd been selfish behind her back while taking care of her when she got cancer. He also feels blessed to have met Annie and had a son, Joshua, with her, but that he ruined his relationship with them too because of his actions.

He's Still Trying To Atone For Everything He's Done
However, despite these mistakes that led to the breakdown of two of his families, Negan is still determined to do right by the people he cares about. In the case of Ginny, her arrival means he can find some way of saving her life, potentially getting his hands on medicine that will stop her infected wounded from getting worse.
