AMC will air "Novi Dan, Novi Početak" back-to-back following its original premiere date. But afterward, the episode will only run around 2 AM ET on random days throughout the week. So while night owls can always catch up on Maggie and Negan's latest adventures in Manhattan, the early birds might want to catch the worm Sunday night on either AMC or AMC+. Unexpected Allies Guide the Protagonists In Dangerous New Places in Manhattan

So where did "Bridge Partners Are Hard to Come by These Days" leave everyone off? Pretty much every character has gone in their own direction, with the exception of a few odd, but playful pairings. Starting with Maggie, she narrowly escapes death in a fight with a bear that surprisingly goes down quite easily to a few knives, courtesy of Hershel's throwing skills. After saving her life, Hershel abandons his mother to find solace elsewhere, likely going to find the Dama. Little does he know that she burned to a crisp in a fire. The Croat escaped his own destructive relationships with the Dama and Negan, but it might take trial and error for Hershel to do the same.

Negan has found himself in a familiar position after kicking the Croat out of his own home. The old Negan seems to be crawling out after many suggestions by the cast that his return is imminent. As if sending his wife and child away after a long trip wasn't bad enough, his display of power over the Croat turned the Burazi into his own followers. The Sanctuary might have a comeback at this very moment. But right now, Negan's attention is solely on Ginny, who's suffering an infection brought on by contagious vengeance.

All that's left is Perlie and Bruegel — two characters so opposite of each other that it's surprising they can ever find a common ground to begin with. But that's the gist of Dead City, is it not? Nearly two decades into the apocalypse, sworn enemies of radically different viewpoints must work together to achieve a common cause... or, at least in Perlie's case, prevent the assassination of his law-abiding reputation. Perlie and Bruegel are now in an unofficial contract to obtain the methane from Negan, putting them both in the line of his bat, Lucille. Another unlikely duo also emerges, per the teaser for "Novi Dan, Novi Početak:" Maggie and the Croat. Maggie may finally get some enlightenment on the curious obsession her son has with the Dama, but what she learns might not be the answer she wants to hear.
