The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, May 5, reveal that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will vow revenge as she crashes Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) party with a threat.
At the athletic club, Billy will make all sorts of grand predictions about Abbott Communications.
With Sally officially on board at the company, Billy will feel like the sky’s the limit!
Of course, Billy will think this calls for a celebration, so he’ll pop open a bottle of bubbly with Sally.
Y&R fans will see Sally and Billy have a little private party for two as they look forward to collaborating professionally.
However, Phyllis will become a party crasher and derail the fun on Monday’s episode.
After Phyllis gets confirmation that Sally is taking her place at Abbott Communications, she’ll fume and will ultimately want payback.
Perhaps Phyllis will accuse Sally of manipulating Billy into firing her so she could snatch up the job for herself.
Phyllis may suspect that Billy’s real reason for pushing her out was to make room for his girlfriend!
Billy will deny that and defend Sally’s decision to step into her new role, but Phyllis will remain livid.
In fact, Phyllis will be angry enough to deliver a chilling threat right there at Sally and Billy’s table.
We’ll see a quiet rage in Phyllis as she warns that Billy’s going to be sorry he did this to her – and she’ll plan to make Sally sorry, too.
Billy yanked away something that could’ve given Phyllis a sense of purpose following her captivity crisis.
Phyllis may settle on a new purpose instead by latching onto this idea of going after vengeance.
Billy will probably offer reassurance to Sally in the aftermath, but do they actually have something to worry about?
Phyllis certainly knows how to go after payback when she’s motivated enough, so Sally and Billy may live to regret their actions.
